Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy At Just Move It SD, we value your time and ours. To keep moves running smoothly, please review our booking policies before scheduling. Booking All move requests must be submitted in advance online or by phone. All bookings are pending approval and confirmed based on crew and truck availability. You’ll receive a confirmation email or message once your move is approved. Same-day or next-day moves may be available but are not guaranteed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled move. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the quoted cost or forfeiture of deposit. No-shows (failure to be present at the scheduled time and location) will be charged the full quoted amount. Deposits & Payments Some moves may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final balance. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance. Delays & Late Arrivals Please be ready at your scheduled time. If you are delayed, our crew will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, additional wait-time fees may apply, or the move may be considered a no-show. External factors such as weather or traffic may affect our arrival. We will communicate promptly if delays occur. Additional Notes Quotes are based on the details provided at booking. Extra items, stairs, long carries, or other factors may adjust final cost. By booking with Just Move It SD, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
